Certified therapist
Anastasia Sharipova
Certified Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist (BCST), qualified Bowen Therapy practitioner
and therapeutic yoga instructor, with a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy.
Is your body at ease... or strained?
Perhaps it is not healing as you had hoped — pain, tension or fatigue
seem to persist. Or perhaps you feel anxiety, weariness or inner exhaustion that you don't know how to escape.
During my sessions, I help your nervous system and fascial tissues to gently unwind and regain their natural balance. Through Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, a
subtle and profound approach, Bowen Therapy, a gentle neuromyofascial technique, and
therapeutic yoga, the body gradually releases the effects of stress, injury or trauma.
As these layers relax, your innate capacity for healing and resilience can unfold fully — in a space of safety, listening and kindness.

Feel Right - Coach and Dynamic Sophrology
Emanuela Giovannetti
For me, reconnecting with and harmonising the body is the gateway to overall wellbeing, both psychologically and emotionally, and all the more so in the context of burnout, where the body needs to gradually regain its vitality and the mind needs to be put on 'pause'.
My approach, based on coaching and dynamic sophrology®, also draws on sylvotherapy and ecopsychology to take advantage of the therapeutic properties of nature, both outdoors and indoors.

Art Therapist
Gaëlle Mikolajczak
Storyteller, writer, slammer, listener of stories, words have always been with me. On stage or on my sofa, told or read, I can't do without them.
I'm also a lover of the visual arts, which transport me to another universe.
When I was affected by polyarthritis, it was obvious that I used them to overcome the torments that I experienced and still experience on a daily basis.
It was also natural for me to share this precious tool with others. So I trained in
modern art therapy, which works on the well-being of the individual through different artistic disciplines.
It's not about giving art lessons, it's about exploring the pleasures of the senses, using each person's artistic potential.
I offer group and individual workshops to help you (re)discover your creative potential and spend some quality time with yourself, while respecting your tastes and desires.

Strategic adviser, Coach & Mentor
Krisztina Iszák
I am a strategic adviser and coach with a mission to help ambitious women keep their edge without burnout—so they can grow careers and lives they truly enjoy. I want women to be strongly connected to their authentic selves and lead with
confidence.
With 10 years of experience in advising senior leaders in business and politics, I deeply understand the pressure we, women, face living in a world that never slows down. We’re expected to be always on—thriving at work, present at home, building a
career, nurturing relationships, staying healthy, and somehow still making time for elaborate self-care rituals and matcha-Pilates mornings.
My unique and holistic practice is rooted in the study of human behaviour with each session tailored to you. My compassion-based approach blends practical tools from
neuroscience, mindfulness, and CBT with deep consciousness coaching® and movements to achieve real impact and lasting growth.
I strongly believe that we all have a unique and untapped potential. When we create a strong unison between the body and the mind, it allows us to make clear, confident
choices — and to thrive without losing ourselves in the process. My work is
dedicated to helping women build success on their terms, that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.

My motto is:
Act with clarity. Lead with integrity. Grow with purpose.

Burnout Coach
Maria Philippas
I'm Maria, founder of Rising in Flow and a Certified Burnout Coach, trained at UCL Louvain in the Prevention, Treatment and Support of Professional and Parental Burnout.
With a background in business management and years of experience leading teams, I understand the pressures women face, whether they're entrepreneurs, stay-at-home mothers or professionals looking for alignment.
Using a unique approach combining coaching, a structured action plan and confidence-building boxing, I help women regain their energy, clarity and inner strength. Because putting down roots helps us grow. Because movement allows us to flourish. My coaching techniques represent a healthy balance between grounding and movement.

Ericksonian hypnosis, narrative approach, reiki and relaxation therapy
Myriam Borbé
My support is tailored to the needs of the different phases of burnout, even when the resources available are very low: whether it's just being able to settle down, relax, reconnect with yourself, your body, your emotions and your needs, or, at a later stage, to understand, make sense of and see things more clearly, or, when the available energy stabilises, to explore, experiment and consider what's next.

My approach is to go out and meet each person in their own unique way, to enable them to reconnect with what really matters to them, with what makes them tick, and to let their precious talents shine again, so that they can find their own path to a new tomorrow.

Meet the Board
The advisory board is composed of the four founding members of the Madame Papillon association.
It is their role to steer the project in line with the overarching vision.

Cecilia Rolland
In the past few years many of my colleagues and friends have gone through burnout. Each one had different experiences, but all were suffering from isolation. I believe that Madame Papillon’s approach of using the power of the community can help tackle the isolation of women going through burnout, but also strengthen the collective intelligence of the professionals who want to support these women and the employers who want to prevent burnout. By putting all our strength together we can better tackle this systemic problem. With my experience in governance of non profit organisation I hope to support Madame Papillon’s bold mission.

Helene Debaisieux
As the mother of two kids and working for a non-profit, it did not take me long to realise that women are unrealistically over-stretched.
They expect a lot from themselves, considering the world, the colleagues, the partners, the family… expect them to over-deliver on all matters. This results in a constant pressure and a feeling of guilt which cannot last longer. Having experienced this pressure and stress myself (still sometimes now), I also realised that sorority, care and mutual support are not very valued in this men’s world. Well, I am a feminist, you caught me Mme Papillon is the space to restore what was missing, rebuild what has been undernourished… It’s about time we have it as we need it!

Rebecca Steel-Jasinska
Reflecting on my own burnout, I was surprised by two main things – the isolation I felt going through something that rocked my life so fundamentally and the knock to my confidence and identity I experienced as a result. I looked for a space to share my own experience and find other women who had been through similar, and didn’t find exactly what I needed. Speaking to other women from the international community in Brussels, I saw it was not just me who was missing this space, so we have been putting the building blocks in place to establish it. Burnout taught me about my own personal limits, but also highlighted again the importance of a supportive environment. The power lies in community and the possibilities are available to us all to create what we need in life.

Soledad Briones
The last 14 years I have been dedicated to managing teams. I have had a lot of fun and good moments but complicated moments too. As a manager you realise how fragile the well being of a team is. You realise how important it is to take care of each person not only as manager but also as colleagues. Burn out is not only about workload, there are many more factors that can contribute to it, work and personal. This is why holistic care of a team is so important to prevent burnout, to support your colleagues during the process and also important after it.
I myself also went through a burnout, which was the consequence of various factors work and in my personal life, but what was key for me to go through it and become more resilient was the support of my colleagues, my family and a number of different professionals.
Now it is up to me to give back what I received, and Madame Papillon is my way to give back and do it with some of my favorite people in the world, who supported me during my burn out.
