Workshop Description
Sleep is the foundation of our health, however we have never been taught how to prioritize sleep or how to sustain a good sleep. And once our sleep gets damaged, everything else gets impacted, from physical, mental and emotional wellbeing to relationships and capabilities, and sometimes even health.
When dealing with burn-out, people often experience a difficulty in falling asleep or staying asleep. And in some cases, the sleep patterns may become extremely disturbed causing people to be unable to sleep during the night, as opposed during the day.
If your relationship with sleep is complicated, this workshop on sleep is for you, especially if:
Waking up in the morning is (very) difficult - sometimes a real struggle, and you need various stimulants (e.g. countless cups of coffee or energy drinks) to be able just to cope with the day
Instead of falling asleep, you lie fully awake…
