New Year, New Partnership

I've seen a lot of backlash against the classic 'new year, new you' resolution start into the new year. And I've got to be honest, I totally agree. Changes to be a new 'better' you that are not based in your real life can disappear quickly, and long-lasting change is only possible with gradual consistent steps over a long period rather than two or three flamboyant gestures that burn and fade.
However, I do think a new year brings an opportunity to build new habits and try new things. One of the new things Madame Papillon is delighted to start in 2026 is a new partnership. That with a community centre in Woluwe Saint Pierre: CCCO.
Madame Papillon is proud to offer activities in several communes around Brussels built thanks to multiple nourishing partnerships. We offer free discussion groups outside and in cosy cafes; and paid activities designed by our wonderful members to support women who have been through burnout and are looking to bring more wellbeing into their lives. Our workshops are relevant for most women, including those who are hoping to avoid burnout by making some changes to their lives - helping to bring in more creativity or better understand themselves and their relation to the world they live in.
Madame Papillon workshops at CCCO, a series names 'Women moving towards balance' will be on the last Friday of every month and will be run by different members of the team in order to offer a broad range of wellbeing and creative approaches. The first workshop will take place on Friday 30 January and you can read all of the details on the event page.
